Danielle Finally Speaks Out After Leaving NewJeans — Her Emotional Letter Will Break Your Heart

Danielle re-emerges after departing NewJeans with an intimate letter to her fans, clarifying her emotional bond with the group.

Singer Danielle, former member of NewJeans, has returned to the public eye with a lengthy letter addressed to her followers, shared on 16 January via her new personal Instagram account. The text, titled “A Letter That Could Not Be Delivered” and dated 12 November 2025, marks her first major public statement since her definitive split from the group.

Addressing the Bunnies in both Korean and English, Danielle expresses her gratitude for the support she received during one of the most challenging periods of her career, acknowledging that she went through moments of deep emotional difficulty.

“Your love held me up during the heaviest and most uncertain moments, giving me strength when I felt lost,”
the artist writes, underscoring the essential role her fans played.

One of the most talked-about passages comes when she reflects on her current relationship with Minji, Hanni, Haerin and Hyein. While the Korean version is more explicit in stating that their visions are no longer aligned, Danielle insists that the personal bond remains intact:
“They will always be my home, my family. Even if our paths move in different directions, the bond we share does not break.”

The letter arrives weeks after a Seoul court upheld the validity of the exclusive contract between ADOR and NewJeans, leading to the official termination of Danielle’s contract on 29 December, followed by a damages lawsuit filed against the artist, her mother and former CEO Min Hee Jin.

In closing, Danielle announces the beginning of a new personal and creative chapter, revealing the launch of her account @dazzibelle as an intimate space to share thoughts and new beginnings.
