Elton John launches non-alcoholic sparkling wine, Elton John Zero

Superstar Sir Elton John has released his very own premium non-alcoholic sparkling drink to the world of 0% tipples. We all love a party (Saturday night is all right, isn’t it?) and the days of designated drivers being stuck with cans of warm fizzy pop are long gone. The low and no-alcohol market has grown rapidly and Elton has entered with a classic sparkling made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes grown in Italy.

‎His Blanc de Blancs is ‘made for celebrating’ (time to get your Tiny Dancer shoes on) and uses a pioneering method that creates that classic depth and character you would expect from a sparkling wine, without generating any alcohol. The result is a bright, aromatic sip that mirrors a traditional Blanc de Blancs (French for ‘white of whites’) and has earned the stamp of approval from Elton John and husband David Furnish.

‎The branding is on point for Elton too, with his iconic E Star logo across a luxury blue backdrop which he says symbolizes ‘calm, depth and creativity’, as well as being on the cover of his Diamonds – Greatest Hits collection.

‎Capturing the same spirit of joy you get with traditional wines can be difficult when choosing from non-alcoholic options; some don’t taste great, some are hard to find and sometimes, there are none on offer at all. Sure you could knock up a non-alcoholic cocktail, or, you could grab a crisp cold glass of Elton’s elegant fizz, sit back and light yourself a candle (in the wind… ok ok I’ll stop now).

‎Plus, if you’re trying your hand at Dry Jan as well as a health kick, it’s only 19 calories a glass! So go on, get your Rocket Man shoes on and race down to Sainsbury’s to grab a bottle for just £10 today.
